Return/Refund Policy
Returns
All authorized returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of the delivery date and are subject to a
10% restocking fee, in addition to any freight charges. A return authorization number must accompany all

returns. Unauthorized returns or COD returns will be refused and sent back to the customer at the customer's
​
expense.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you of the receipt and the approval
or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied
to your original method of payment within 10 days, less the applicable fees stated above.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card
company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not
received your refund, please contact us at support@hidden-grace.com.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at support@hidden-grace.com for exchange instructions.

Shipping
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
